About Whitney

Hi! I'm Whitney, and I'm excited to meet you and talk about real estate in the New River Valley—and how it can serve you and your personal and financial goals!

My family has been in the New River Valley for generations. Growing up in Riner, Virginia, I fell in love with the idea of community, and I'm raising my family in that same environment. My parents taught me the power of homeownership and the stability—both emotionally and financially—that it can create. I'm so passionate about educating first-time homebuyers about how owning a home can open doors for them and helping them feel confident and empowered every step of the way!

I'm also a real estate investor with several long-term and short-term rental properties of my own! I own and operate FivePoint Property Management in Christiansburg, Virginia, a licensed residential property management firm, and I'm an owner of Blue Ridge Escapes, a local short-term rental co-hosting company. So if you're an investor looking for a trusted local resource—I’ve got you! Whether you're searching for a student rental in Blacksburg, a waterfront property on Claytor Lake, or a commercial storefront in downtown Radford, I've got the experience and insight to help you find the right fit.

Additionally, I enjoy working with sellers throughout the New River Valley who are looking to move on, upsize, downsize, or cash out on investment properties—and I bring market knowledge, strong marketing, and personalized strategy to every listing!

I'm a Virginia Tech alum, a mom of two elementary schoolers, married to my best friend and business partner, T.J., dog-mom to our goofy rescue, Kevin, and an amateur gardener who loves to cook, entertain, and be around my people.
